That stove is … That stove is pretty ingenious. I would have never thought about running a pipe from the outside to supply the stove with cold air. Amazing.
you have to be … you have to be careful with those barrels when they get red hot because the metal can fold really easily. i worked at a christmas tree lot and we had a stove kind of like that and it got so hot that the metal folded and there was flaming hot barrels crashing to the ground

We in australia switch the fan into reverse so it pushes the heat around and downwards as heat rises right. so you can use it to circulate the warmth as well. i havn,t checked all comments you have so appolagise if i,m repeating anything someone might have already said hope that helps.
You should weld … You should weld cooling fins on vertical barrels and exhaust pipe so it can dissipate more heat in the room and you can burn less wood but get more heat.
